Meletis Matrisi grew up in Mykonos and knows the island’s hospitality culture intimately. He is the head chef and founder behind Dine Of Mykonos, widely recognized for delivering some of the most refined luxury private dining and bartending experiences in Mykonos.
From an early age, he was immersed in the art of hosting and the elegant villa lifestyle that define the island. His culinary journey led him through renowned kitchens such as Geranium (3★ Michelin Star, ranked No.1 Best Restaurant in the World 2022), Under (1★ Michelin Star) ,Hytra (1★ Michelin Star) and collaborations with well-known restaurants like Soil (1★ Michelin Star), alongside extensive time spent across Scandinavia exploring modern Nordic techniques focused on precision and creativity, as well as professional experience across Dubai - United Arab Emirates and throughout Europe.
Meletis also holds a BSc in Financial Economics and is certified in capital management, combining culinary expertise with a disciplined and strategic approach to luxury hospitality.
Over the past decade he has developed Dine Of Mykonos into one of the island’s most trusted private chef and luxury villa dining services, welcoming international guests, global brands and major productions including Omega, Tudor, Tommy Hilfiger, Heidi Klum, GNTM, ITVX, Love Island and Revolut, among many others.
His work has also been featured in Vogue France, following a private cooking experience prepared for journalist Jade Simon and the magazine’s editorial team during their visit to Mykonos.
