The highest possible score and rating for this fabulous chef and food artist. Meletis cooked for us for a week at a yoga retreat in Mykonos. Meletis' genuine love of meal prep, quality ingredients, and presentation was evident from morning to night. He was sensitive to food allergies and dietary restrictions as well. But added to his talents was the pleasure of a kind and hospitable man and his assistant. We loved them like family by weeks end.

Meletis and his staff were amazing! Had the pleasure of eating their food on a retreat in Mykonos. Very accommodating in people’s preferences and even food allergies. I was able to have all of the Greek classics and really felt comforted eating his food. The baklava was the star!!

This is a must when visiting Mykonos. It took all the pressure off the family and the food was simply amazing. Meletis communicated very quickly ahead of our trip and was very attentive to our selections and needs. Our chef (Meletis) showed up on time every night and was extremely friendly and professional. He made the difference on our trip and not only prepared outstanding meals but cleaned up afterwards and asked us what we wanted for the next night. Overall, if I could give this more than 5 starts I would and highly recommend to anyone going to Mykonos to look Meletis up.

Chef Stelios was amazing. He made four wonderful courses and explained each one and their locality making it more interesting and enjoyable. He also catered to two children who just wanted spaghetti bolognese. Best lunch we had in Mykonos and beats having lunch at Nammos for sure. If you have a villa in Mykonos definitely consider getting a chef.
